Going crackers

Here is a picture of today's lunch.

Smoked salmon and dill mayonnaise on three crispbreads.

It was very tasty but I know I am going to have to get more inventive with my toppings. After all I have about six months of Carr's crispbreads and crackers to get through after getting this fabulous hamper for being a member of the audience on the Miriam O'Callaghan show last Saturday night!
