Climate Change at its best

I got this photo from a very excited teacher friend in Abu Dhabi this morning. All schools there are closed for the foreseeable future due to............
RAIN!
She has been living there for years and has never seen anything like it. Trees have been knocked down and everywhere is flooded.
Bear in mind that Abu Dhabi is in the middle of the desert!

Meanwhile back in the Emerald Isle which is famous/infamous for its rain on approximately 340 days of the year, the Infants are having their "lunch on the beach" in a sunny corner of the playground on a March morning.
Leonardo could have used this story in his Oscar acceptance speech!
