A life transformed.

Little did I realise that when I filled in the application form for Operation transformation last October, just how life changing it would be.

Sure I wanted it to help me lose that dreaded stone and a half that I had been carrying around for the past two years and had been unable to shift, but I hadn't counted on the emotional and psychological decluttering that would happen as well. It was as if the pieces of my life were thrown up in the air like a jigsaw puzzle and when they landed, they rearranged themselves into a completely new picture...a much better one, by the way.

I want to say a huge thank you to all the people who helped me along the way.
To my family and friends who were a rock of support for me. And to all the new friends I made along the way, the experts for their invaluable advice and the occasional kick in the a**@ , the production team for all their patience and their "Let's do it one more time"!, and most especially to the other four leaders who shared this most fantastic experience with me.
 Friends for life!
